摩根銀元（Morgan dollar）是美國鑄幣局於1878至1904年間生產的一種1美元硬幣，之後還在1921年再度投產。國會通過《1873年鑄幣法案》為自由鑄造銀幣運動劃上句點，坐姿自由女神銀元因此停產，摩根銀元則是此後美國發行的第一種標準銀元。硬幣由鑄幣局助理雕刻師喬治•T•摩根設計並以他命名，其正面刻有自由女神肖像，背面則刻有展開翅膀的老鷹，爪子上抓著箭和橄欖枝。品項也相當精緻，喜歡的藏家不要錯過了。
Morgan dollar (Morgan dollar) is a one-dollar coin produced by the United States Mint from 1878 to 1904, with production resuming in 1921. The Coinage Act of 1873, passed by Congress, brought an end to the free silver coinage movement, discontinuing the seated Liberty silver dollar. The Morgan dollar was the first standard silver dollar issued by the United States thereafter. Designed by and named after George T. Morgan, an assistant engraver at the Mint, the coin features a portrait of Liberty on the obverse and a eagle with outstretched wings on the reverse, holding arrows and an olive branch. The coin is quite exquisite; collectors should not miss it.
