The Kramer VS-11E III is a professional composite video processor and switching unit, designed for video distribution, signal processing and broadcast/AV applications. It combines multiple composite-video inputs with processing controls, making it suitable for installations where precise adjustment and reliable signal handling are required.

The VS-11E III provides four composite-video inputs and one output, allowing different video sources to be selected and processed through a single unit. It is a development of Kramer’s professional VS-11E series and is housed in a robust, rack-mountable chassis. Contemporary documentation describes the VS-11E II as a high-resolution video enhancer with video gain, contrast, fade, definition and split-screen functions; the VS-11E III belongs to the same professional processor family.

To deliver this product properly, it is carefully packed in very strong boxes, thereby wrapped in bubble wrap with lots of padding.
