Ageing: in 25- and 50-hectolitre French and Austrian oak barrels for approximately 24 months.

A wine with a brilliant garnet-red color. Aromas of strawberry, cherry, red fruit, rose, violet, and licorice, alongside balsamic notes. Powerful, yet with delicate, elegant tannins. Vinification: certified organic grapes. Hand-selection of grapes; harvest in October. Fermentation and maceration last approximately 35 days, involving pump-overs and délestage, with the final 15 days carried out under a submerged cap. Aging: in 25 and 50-hectolitre French and Austrian oak barrels for about 24 months. Further bottle aging for approximately 12 months prior to release.
