EU Buyers: Import VAT (usually averaging 20-22%) and customs fees will be charged by the shipping courier upon customs clearance or delivery. (Please note: For French buyers, Catawiki may collect VAT directly at checkout depending on the order value).
US Buyers: Due to the Section 301 customs regulations implemented in July 2026, a total customs duty rate of at least 12.5% may apply to items originating from Japan. All items are shipped directly from Japan via DHL (fully tracked Express Service).
We can not change the price described in the invoice. Also we can not send it as a gift or sample.
Delivery of products usually takes about 5 to 10 days, but it may take longer depending on customs clearance and delivery area.
The delivery may be delayed when any accidents or flights delays happen.
