The Canon P is a classic 35mm rangefinder camera with a clean, uncluttered design and compatibility with 39mm screw-mount lenses. Its compact body and direct manual controls make it especially enjoyable for photographers who appreciate a traditional rangefinder shooting experience. The L39 mount also allows the camera to be paired with a wide variety of classic screw-mount lenses, making it easy to build a characterful vintage system. It is well suited to street photography, travel and everyday film shooting where a compact, straightforward camera is preferred.

This camera has been carefully repainted in black and serviced in Japan. The black finish gives the body a clean, understated appearance while preserving the classic character of the Canon P. I personally carry out camera restoration, servicing and repainting, and I also receive maintenance requests from camera shops in Japan.

The exterior is in very clean overall condition. The black repaint presents very well and gives the camera a neat, refined appearance. Please review the photos carefully for the detailed cosmetic condition.

The viewfinder is very clear and provides good visibility for focusing and composition. It has also been cleaned as part of the service. The rangefinder double image has been adjusted for proper alignment and comfortable focusing.

The camera has been carefully inspected, serviced and tested. The main functions checked are working properly, and the shutter speeds have been measured and adjusted as part of the service. Please note that there are slight wrinkles in the shutter curtain.
