This gold and silver branch-shaped pendant brooch is set with rose-cut diamonds in open settings. Interestingly, it can be worn in two ways. The rose-cut diamond-encrusted jump ring can be removed, and a tiny brooch fitting at the back makes it wearable as a brooch. There is also a hook available at the back, which originally likely held a watch chain. Size: 20 x 25 mm, excluding the jump ring. Weight: 4.4 grams. Material: The pendant is hallmarked for 14k gold and 925 silver. Condition: This pendant brooch is in great antique condition, with only minor wear, consistent with its age.
