Triay 38 - Sousón is a limited edition wine with only 620 bottles produced, representing our family tradition. It is made with Sousón grapes, selected and trodden by foot in earthenware vats in the most traditional way. After fermentation, it is aged and matured for 8 months in French oak barrels, then left to rest and undergo further ageing in the bottle for over a year before being released onto the market. This Triay 38 Sousón wine is named in honour of Isaac García (1938), our father and grandfather, and his lifelong dedication to working in the vineyard and the winery, always striving to improve the quality of the wines.
