We seek to break the barrier that Vinhos Verdes should be drunk as soon as they’re on the market. We currently have 6 references of the Carlos Conde brand: Grande Reserva, Reserva Especial, Reserva, Velho, Escolha Alvarinho, Escolha Loureiro. All of our references have great aging capacity in the bottle, to bring you Vinhos Verdes of great quality that will remain in your memory. Our wines are exclusively sold to the end consumer and to specialized stores. WINEMAKER: João Pereira. WINE VARIETIES: Alvarinho (100%). VINIFICATION During Harvest, only the best grapes were selected to this lot. This is a small production, only 3345 numbered bottles. TASTING NOTES Open straw color. Clear Aspect. Fruity, with a predominance of stone fruits and some tropical fruit and a small floral touch. Flavour confirms its aromatic potential retronasally. Wine incorporated, persistent and harmonious, presenting a small mineral. SERVING Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany fish, seafood, poultry and soft cheese dishes. Store upright, in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at a temperature between 11ºC and 14ºC. Consume in moderation.
