Color Purple cherry red with purple highlights indicating youth. Nose High aromatic intensity, with aromas of ripe fruit, well blended with the wood, which provides special sweetness and pleasant toasted aromas. Palate Enveloping and flavorful, balanced, with finesse and pleasant maturity. Finish with hints of ripe fruit. Serving Temperature 15-18°C Pairing Red meat, cured meats, game birds, small game, meat stews and light casseroles, semi-cured cheeses.
