Four French bistro chairs, reinvented. Once filled with cane and café memories, now reborn as collectible art furniture in deep aubergine with a fluorescent yellow plexiglass seat. They came from a forgotten storage space, four French bistro chairs that had lost their spark. Nicola Beger didn’t see old furniture. She saw potential. Dismantled them, sanded away the past, and gave them a new skin in aubergine and durable satijn glosse sealer. On top, she created seat panels in fluorescent yellow plexiglass. What an unexpected clash between classic warmth and bold contemporary attitude. Each chair carries subtle traces of its previous life, but now with pride. They’re no longer meant to disappear in a café corner. They are here to start the conversation. Sold per piece. Because it`s more art than chair.
