As described happy with seller, good item and price

Everything good. Product, delivery, communication all well

Everything was perfect. Product quality, condition, delivery time, communication. Great Seller

We sincerely regret to hear about your experience. However, as the local customs fees are imposed, I have no authority or control over them. As you correctly mentioned, items under €150 should not incur customs duties. Unfortunately, I cannot explain why they required you to pay this fee.

As clearly stated in the auction description: 'Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.'

I also want to assure you that I declared the accurate customs value of the item truthfully and did not falsely declare it. I hope you can understand this situation.
