The seller ignored EU/customs rules despite correct info: fossil amber, tariff 9705 2200, value €264.60 + €35 shipping. Parcel falsely declared as gift, value SGD 10; shipping actually SGD 10 (€6.90).

​I am writing to sincerely apologize for the incorrect customs declaration on your parcel. This was a mistake made by an intern who has since left our company. We also noticed that the required signature on the dispatch form was even left blank.

Very pleased with fossil. Delivered in time promised.  Item as described. Although small, individual feathers very clear.  Pleased to find second piece of amber in package with insect-inclusion.
