    Excellent communication with seller. They accomodated my special request :) Product was shipped in a metal box containing diamond certificate and jewel box with ring. Everything was well packed ! <3

    Zeer snelle levering en uitstekend verpakt, topservice! Enig minpunt: geen reactie op vraag ringmaat, gaf wat ongerustheid. De ring was gelukking wel correct aangepast. Ik koop hier zeker opnieuw.

    The seller refused to ship the ring pretending that customs would not accept the price at which I won the auction which was no reserve. A totally unreliable counter party. Avoid.

    Très belle bague, conforme à la description. cependant,il faut prévoir des frais de dédouanement et transitaire en + à l'arrivée en France, car le transporteur choisi (DHL) ne dédouane pas le diamant

    great!!! very fast and great customer service! ring is stunning and packaging too. beware of customs charges, which was about 1/4 the cost of the ring which was alot but still worth it. lovely ring
