One bottle was broken in the package and had stained some other bottles. The package was not well enough protected.

Lot arrived with 4 bottles instead of 5 as it suppose to. we contacted seller who blames the courier. You realize that is difficult to proceed ordering knowing that shippers are stealing the goods 

il venditore non puo' essere responsabili del lavoro di altri se le societa' di spedizione non sono serie non  e' colpa del venditore, tutti sia gli acquirenti che i venditori devono essere consapevoli del rischio nell' effettuare  spedizioni. il peso del lotto era di 8 kg. tale dato e' indiscutibile, in quanto e' scritto sulla certificazione, e 8 kg. sono il corrispettivo di 5 bottiglie piene di vino.
