Type:
Vintage Champagne AOC. Produced exclusively in the finest years, Dom Pérignon is a nearly equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged for at least eight years on the lees in the Maison's cellars in Épernay.

Vintage 2005:
A contrasting year, hot and dry, but saved by a cool September. Yields were among the lowest in decades, resulting in an exceptional concentration of flavors and an aromatic quality described as "sculpted."
Color: Bright gold with intense golden reflections. The perlage is very fine, persistent, and velvety.
Sensory Profile: The nose opens with notes of guava, grapefruit peel, and white stone fruit, which evolve into vanilla and toasted brioche. On the palate, it is ample, tactile, and mineral, with a spicy and slightly saline finish.
Storage Condition
The wine has been meticulously stored in our family cellar, in the dark and at a constant temperature and humidity, ideal for preserving Champagne.
