American Oak Our Canadian single grain whisky is aged for 7 years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels to impart notes of honey, butter, and natural vanilla. Tasting notes: Honey, marzipan, crème brûlée, butter, and natural vanilla. French Oak Three vintages of French oak barrels, known for their tight grain and deep red color, are used to bring notes of dried cranberry and pear, along with a rich Canadian red hue. Tasting notes: Dried fruits and cranberries. Subtle flavors of saffron, balsamic, apricot, and a hint of pear. Hungarian Oak After three years of air drying, our virgin Hungarian oak is toasted in three different ways. This imparts a uniquely spicy flavor with rye notes and soft smokiness. Tasting notes: Spices, black cardamom, orange peel, mandarin, brown sugar, and smoke.
