The Brenham meteorite is a famous pallasite stony-iron meteorite that fell approximately 10,000–20,000 years ago near Haviland in Kiowa County, Kansas. Discovered in 1882, it is known for its beautiful greenish-yellow olivine crystals embedded in iron-nickel. Over 4.3 metric tons of fragments have been recovered, making it a significant source of pallasite material.
