Château de Chazoux Mâcon is a wine from Château de Chazoux , a family estate of approximately 17 hectares in Hurigny , in southern Burgundy (Mâconnais). The estate is managed by Christophe de La Chapelle and is in the process of converting to organic viticulture. The most famous white wine is Mâcon-Villages , made from 100% Chardonnay . Features: Grape: Chardonnay Region: Mâcon-Villages, Burgundy Taste: fresh and dry, with aromas of citrus, white flowers, and ripe white fruit. Depending on the cuvée, notes of butter, almond, and minerality may also occur. Alcohol: approximately 12.5%: Food and wine pairing.
