Known as the very first world's monovarietal rum, Canne Bleue stands for a white agricultural rum, an AOC Martinique, which unique aroma comes from the distillation of a single variety of sugarcane coming from Barbados, recognizable by its blue-violet hues: Canne Bleue.

The blue cane used in this blend is traditionally harvested between January and June, at the peak of the season. Once the juice has been extracted, fermented, and distilled, Canne Bleue white rum rests for several months to develop a rich aromatic profile and an incomparable smoothness on the palate.
