Excellent copies printed in beautiful laid paper. Margins beyond the framing line. In good overall condition: the print with reference to Bartsch no. 87 has a small hole at the bottom left corner.

He learned to paint under Jacob van der Does and made some landscapes with animals in the style of his teacher, but he is best known for his animal etchings, some taken from the drawings of Paulus Potter and Markus Gerard.
