Red wine - Spain

1 Bottle of Herederos del Marqués de Riscal Reserve 1943, state of preservation good, little low, evaporation, very good colour

Elaboration: It contains a little significant percentage of white varieties, mainly viura, because at that time some white stock was planted in the headwaters of the vineyards, for family consumption, which at the time of harvest was also collected for the winery. It remains approximately 12 months in deposit. Aging for 48 months in American oak barrels of 225 liters. Continuous racking every 3 months during the first three years with the objective of not having to filter the wine before bottling. Traditional clarification with fresh egg whites. Bottled by hand from the barrel. A minimum of 5 years in the bottle before being marketed. The bottles are recharged every 15 years.
