An impressive patinated bronze vase with dark brown patina depicting a ryu dragon in relief. The vase has a cylindrical form with a flared base recalling the profile of Mount Fuji. The body of the dragon coils around the entire surface of the vase, which is engraved with circular whirl motifs that emphasize its movement.
Elements such as the head and claws are sculpted in strong three-dimensional relief, giving the impression that the creature emerges from the vessel.
Signed in relief under the base within a square reserve.
