He has created the traditional boon beers and now also this Oude geuze Apogee. He was a trailer blazer at putting the traditional Oude geuze and kriek back on the map. His pioneer role has proven invaluable to the Belgian beer landscape. With Apogee we wanted to symbolise not only the 2nd generation's succesion, but also to create his ultimate 'INDULIGENCE GEUZE´ as he sometimes call it. "For this geuze, we blended a two-year aged lambic form a brand-new oak foeder (N°83, third filling) with a three-year aged lambic from the olderst foeder (N°79)" Perfect condition, always stored in a climat cabinet with controlled temperature & humidity Labels, capsule and beer level in excellent status.
