Beskrivelse fra selgeren
Knockando 1971 - Destillert 1971 - Flasket 1982 - Ren single malt skotsk whisky - 75 cl - 43 % vol.
Description:
A superb example of a "vintage" Single Malt from the Knockando distillery, located in the heart of Speyside. This specific bottle was distilled in 1971 and bottled in 1982, marking it as an "Extra Old" release from a legendary era of Scotch production.
Knockando is famous for bottling its whisky only when it has reached its peak, regardless of age, and the 1971 vintage is highly regarded for its elegance, nutty sweetness, and delicate floral notes. This is a rare opportunity to own a 40+ year-old bottling that perfectly captures the distilling style of the early 70s.
The level is excellent for a bottle of this age, showing no significant evaporation.
The label is intact but shows signs of time/patina, with some minor spotting or "foxing" consistent with a bottle stored for four decades.
Original lead/tin capsule, fully intact with the original tax strip.
Shipped via international express courier with a dedicated tracking number.
The bottle will be packed in a certified shock-proof wine/spirits shipping box to ensure safe arrival.
