I present to you in this auction a tube radio from the prestigious German manufacturer Nordmende, model P 186 GWU, made in Germany in 1951. The device is in good external condition considering its age of around 75 years; even the original logo is still attached (please see the attached photos). The front fabric has many scattered stains, but I believe it can be cleaned or replaced with new fabric. I have removed the back cover and photographed the inside of the device to show its original condition, which you can also see in the attached photos. The device has been tested, and my observation is that it powers on, the light works, the needle moves fully, and the waveband switch operates properly, but it does not receive any channels; additionally, it produces a continuous hum.
