This particular example is distinguished by its integrated fold-out side table, a seldom-seen option that was produced in limited numbers and is rarely encountered today. The sofa has been professionally reupholstered in Kvadrat Coda 2, a high-quality wool fabric (€300 per meter, € 1800,- total) that perfectly complements Mogensen’s restrained and functional design language. The frame is crafted from solid oak, showing a beautiful warm patina. The leather straps securing the head cushions are original; three have been professionally reinforced due to age-related brittleness, preserving their authentic appearance. If desired, completely new leather straps can be handcrafted by a professional specialist.
