Yayoi Kusama & Harrie Verstappen - Endless Love

Yayoi Kusama certainly needs no introduction: Kusama is one of the most important post-war and contemporary artists, with exhibitions all over the world. Her work is not only of historical importance, but it also appeals to a young and broad audience and defies art concepts such as minimalism and pop art. Harrie Verstappen published photographs in virtually all Dutch newspapers and magazines and many international publications. He photographed rock groups such as The Golden Earring, The Kinks, and Frank Zappa. In the mid-sixties, he collaborated with the driven Kusama and captured improvised and provocative actions. The collaboration was not limited to one-off campaigns: covered with dots, dressed in her self-designed fashion, in the streets and the sex shop, and in nature. The signed and numbered artwork by Harrie Verstappen is a thermal inkjet print on high-quality photo paper, glued on aluminum, and finished with a UV-resistant matte laminate. It comes in a black wooden frame, without glass.
