Tasting Notes
Nose: Elegant peat smoke intertwined with coastal winds, citrus peel, dried fruits, honey, and subtle oaken undertones.
Palate: Rich and robust. Starts with soft, sweet notes of tropical fruits, caramel, and dark chocolate, building into waxy biscuits, warming spices, and layers of coastal brine and signature Port Ellen smoke.
Finish: Exceptionally long, warming, and sweet, ending with a beautiful balance of lingering pecan notes and gentle coal smoke.
