Maker: Handmade by Italian luthier Romano Gambacorta (Rome). Type of instrument: Classical guitar (nylon strings), model "Studio N. 2 Noce". Fully handmade, all solid wood luthier instrument. Country of origin: Italy (Rome). Serial / label: Internal label "Studio N. 2 Noce, Romano Gambacorta, Roma", built July 2013. Color / finish: Natural, nitrocellulose lacquer. Woods: Solid spruce top; solid walnut back, sides and neck with decorative mother of pearl inlays; rosewood fingerboard. Tuners: Classical open tuners with engraved plates and pearloid buttons, brand not specified (instrument purchased directly from the luthier, no dealer documentation available). Pickup: None. Purely acoustic instrument. Neck joint: Spanish heel (traditional set-in neck). Key measurements: Scale length: 650mm Nut width: 52mm Fingerboard width at 12th fret: 60mm String spacing at nut: 42mm String spacing at bridge: 60mm Body dimensions: upper bout 27cm, waist 23.5cm, lower bout 36cm, depth 10cm Neck thickness (1st and 12th fret): 23mm Action height at 12th fret: 6mm (both treble and bass side) Accessories included: Gator hard case (ABS moulded case with metal latches), as shown in the photos. Replaced parts: None. All original. Damage: The guitar is in excellent condition. Only a few light surface marks on the transparent finish from normal use. No cracks and no structural issues: the instrument is otherwise perfect and fully playable. Repairs needed: None. Fully playable and ready to play. Sound: A very sweet and warm voice, well balanced across basses and trebles, yet when pushed it delivers real power and projection. Suited to the classical repertoire.
