The Lowepro Slingshot 300 AW is the largest model of Lowepro's Slingshot cases and has a lot of room to store your equipment. The construction is of high quality, typical for Lowepro. The external material is a strong, durable nylon. The case is very protective for your camera and lenses and is relatively light. AW stands for “All Wheather” protection provided by a just-the-right-size rain jacket stored under the padded section of the back of the case (see photo’s). The case has a single padded and liberally adjustable shoulder strap that goes over the head and hangs on your right shoulder. Unique to this Slingshot is the full weight-supporting waist belt. A handle is provided for carrying the Slingshot by hand. To access the case contents, unclip the waist belt and rotate the case and shoulder strap down under the left arm until it is easily accessible in front. At this point you open a double-pull zipper to access only the side of the case which is pointing up with the lid opening away. Unclipping two clips will allow the same double-pull zipper to continue until the entire flap opens. Outside dimensions are 44,5 x 32 x 19cm. The main storage compartment is 26,5 x 30 x 15cm. Divider pads in the main compartment are held in place by strong hook-and-loop fasteners and are reconfigurable. Apart from the main storage compartment, a nice amount of additional storage is provided as you can see in the photo’s. The weight is approx. 1.4kg. The case is in excellent condition. The zippers and clips are without damage and work smoothly.
