Handcrafted ceramic American Bison sculpture with iridescent glaze. A substantial handcrafted ceramic sculpture depicting an American bison in a strong, grounded stance. Its textured body is finished with irregular earthy brown, green, blue, red and copper-toned hues, while the white glazed horns provide a clear visual contrast. The changing surface colours become more pronounced under different lighting, giving the sculpture a distinctive decorative presence. Good overall condition, with irregularities, tonal variations and small firing marks associated with handcrafted ceramic production. There are visible rough areas and minor imperfections around the bases of the horns and on parts of the body. The horns remain attached.
