■Shipping & Import Fees :
* Shipping: We primarily ship via DHL. However, we may use EMS for certain remote or special locations.
* Import-related Costs: This item is shipped from Japan. Buyers are responsible for all import-related costs, which may include:

* Courier clearance & handling fees (charged by DHL, local postal services, etc.)

■IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EU BUYERS (Orders over €150):
Please note that for import shipments into the EU valued over €150, EU customs rules apply. Even if Catawiki charges VAT at checkout by mistake, orders over €150 cannot be processed via IOSS.

Therefore, import VAT and customs duties will be charged again by the carrier (DHL) upon delivery in your country.

If you are charged VAT at checkout by Catawiki, please hold onto your Catawiki invoice and carrier payment receipts, and contact Catawiki Support directly after delivery to request a refund for any duplicate VAT paid at checkout.

As a seller, we do not handle or process payments, taxes, or refunds. All tax and payment inquiries must be directed to Catawiki Support.

■Shipping Delay & Returned Packages:
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs clearance procedures or carrier issues. If a package is returned to Japan because the buyer refused to pay customs duties/VAT or failed to receive the item, all return shipping costs and re-shipping fees will be charged to the buyer.

■Cancellation Policy:
By placing a bid, you agree to comply with Catawiki’s standard Terms and Conditions. Once the auction has ended and payment is made, we do not process cancellations or refunds based on buyer's remorse, change of mind, or mistaken bidding. Please bid responsibly.

■ABSOLUTE RETURN POLICY & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING/BUYING:
By placing a bid or purchasing this item, you confirm that you have carefully read the full description, thoroughly inspected all images, and explicitly agree to the following strictly enforced return terms:

1. Strict Buyer Responsibility for Return Costs:
The buyer assumes 100% full financial responsibility for all return shipping, freight, insurance, and associated handling fees. No shipping costs will be reimbursed.
2. Mandatory Customs Declaration & Customs Duty Penalties (CRITICAL):
When returning an item from overseas, the buyer MUST declare the shipment strictly as "RETURN OF GOODS" (or "Returned Merchandise") on all commercial invoices and customs documents.
* Any customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees incurred in Japan due to the buyer's failure to declare the item properly WILL BE FULLY DEDUCTED from the refund amount. If the fees exceed the refund amount, no refund will be issued.
3. Proof of Condition Prior to Return:
Before dispatching the item, the buyer MUST submit clear photo/video evidence showing the exact condition of the item and its secure packaging. The item must be returned in 100% identical, original condition with all accessories, tags, and packaging intact.
4. Mandatory Trackable Shipping:
Returns must be shipped via a premium, fully trackable shipping carrier, and the tracking number must be provided immediately upon dispatch. Un-tracked returns will be rejected without exception.
5. No Immediate Refunds / Inspection Period:
Refunds are NOT processed upon shipment. A full refund will ONLY be authorized AFTER the package arrives at our facility in Japan and passes a thorough inspection.

■NON-COMPLIANCE NOTICE:
Failure to comply with ANY of the above instructions will result in the IMMEDIATE REJECTION of the return request and CANCELLATION of any pending refund.
