The table combines a warm teak veneered top and drawer with a sculptural black lacquered metal frame. The lower wire rack provides practical storage for newspapers, books or magazines, while the compact proportions make it equally suitable as a telephone table, side table, bedside table or hallway table. A particularly nice detail is the original black Bakelite drawer knob, complemented by period brass hardware. The underside bears the original “Denmark” stamp.
