Description The Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8G ED is Nikon's professional standard zoom, announced in 2007 alongside the D3. It holds f/2.8 across the whole range, uses ED and aspherical elements with Nano Crystal Coat to suppress flare, and is sealed against dust and moisture. The Silent Wave Motor focuses quickly and quietly. For years this was the working lens on countless press, wedding and event cameras, and it remains a benchmark for the class.
