Duesett Imperial Russian 84-sølv med original forgylling, bestående av kakekutter og smørkniv, ca. 1899–1908, totalt 122,6 g, lengde 25 cm, opprinnelse Russland, i god stand.
Beskrivelse fra selgeren
Antique Imperial Russian 84 Silver Gilt Dessert Serving Set c. 1899–1908
Size: Large piece 25.0cm
Total Weight: 122.6 Grams
Condition: Good.
A beautiful and authentic antique Imperial Russian dessert serving set consisting of a gilt cake/pie server and a gilt butter knife.
Both pieces are crafted in 84 zolotnik silver with original fire gilding on the blades and elegant Art Nouveau / Neo-Rococo decorated handles.
Marks:
Imperial Russian 84 silver standard.
Assay marks dating to approximately 1899–1908.
Maker's marks are present but partially worn. Based on comparison with reference catalogs, the knife is possibly by Johann Kallen (IK), although the maker's marks are not fully legible and this attribution cannot be guaranteed. The server appears to bear a different maker's mark, which was not uncommon for assembled Imperial Russian serving sets.
Condition
Very good antique condition.
Original gilding with expected wear from age and use.
Normal surface scratches and light patina.
Please review all photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
