One-of-a-kind 100% original handmade oil on canvas artwork! Alexey Lymarev is a Kyiv-based artist working in oil on canvas, graphic art and mixed media. Since 2010, he has developed a distinctive visual language at the intersection of symbolism, contemporary metaphysics and personal inner experience. Rather than depicting external reality, Lymarev explores archetypes, visual metaphors and states of consciousness. His paintings invite the viewer into imagined spaces where familiar forms become signs, and each work opens a path toward reflection, intuition and the unseen. A self-taught artist inspired by spiritual and philosophical traditions, Alexey has exhibited in Kyiv, Lviv and Warsaw. His works are held in private collections across Europe, the United States and Asia. “I do not paint objects — I paint states of being.”
