Elena Paraskevass verk er lagret i institusjonelle og bedriftskolleksjoner, inkludert Public Art Department of Sweden (Västra Götaland Government), Boston Hospital, USA (storslått 500 cm-installasjon ved inngangen til barnekreftavdelingen), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif) og andre institusjonelle og bedriftskolleksjoner.
Hennes arbeid har blitt vist i EUROPEISKE PARLAMENTET i Brussel, samt på store biennaler (som Florence Biennale) og gallerier i NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, Dubai, Sao Paulo (Brasil), Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Siena osv.

Hun er også tidligere Adobe-instruktør og ambassadør.
