Release & Status 
Dalmore Dominium is a travel retail exclusive whisky from the Fortuna Meritas series, launched around 2016. It is at the top of this series and is only available worldwide through airports or speciality shops. Scotch Whisky Auctions Distiller - The Liquor Expert TCM GOURMET Flaviar 
Maturation & Cask Finish 
The whisky is matured in American oak (ex-Bourbon) and then finished in first-fill Matusalem sherry casks aged at least 30 years (Oloroso sherry enriched with 25% Pedro Ximénez). The Liquor Expert whiskymag.com Name & History The name Dominium means 'property' in Latin. It refers to a 13th-century story in which Colin of Kintail, chief of the Mackenzie clan, saved King Alexander III from a charging stag. As a reward, he was given land and the right to feed the royal stag, which has been the emblem of Dalmore ever since. 
Taste Profile:
Nose: sweet fruits, hawthorn blossom or sandalwood, lemon tart, honey, caramel coffee, hint of liquorice 
Taste: sherry-soaked raisins, dark toffee, banana cake, pineapple, ginger, dates 
Finish: tarte à la mélasse (molasses tart), Oxford marmalade, ginger spices, fairly full and velvety 
Alternative tasting notes also evoke aromas such as plums, dates and cherries, floral honey and almonds.

The bottle is in excellent condition and packed in the original box.
