OROBR Tinplate Clockwork Tram with Figures – Germany – ca. 1930s Rare OROBR (Otto Rossberg) tinplate clockwork tram, made in Germany around the 1930s. The tram features striking red, yellow, and green lithography, an original brass trolley pole, and a complete, smoothly running wind-up clockwork motor. Accompanied by a charming set of six period German lead figures (one is broken) depicting passengers and a conductor—beautifully hand-painted and in good vintage condition. The tram body shows only minor edge wear, a few fine scratches, and very light oxidation on the base, all consistent with age and use. Lithography remains bright and crisp, and the mechanism operates good.
