ART DECO CHANDELIER A stunning French 1925-1935 art deco chandelier in nickel plated pressed brass and solid bronze. The gorgeous mount holds five shades in clear frosted hand-blown glass. I do not know which lighting manufacturer made this chandelier. The metal parts show no foundry marks and I did not find this model represented in my large collection of old product catalogs. When I found the chandelier on a French market I was immediately seduced by its beautiful a-typical design. The chandelier is in good condition. I re-nickeled and patinated the mount. The shades are in thin hand-blown glass, Without cracks. On the last two pictures you can see the central bowl shows some darker areas. It is not dirt but inside the glass itself. I rewired the chandelier with eight American candelabra base sockets suitable for the USA Canada and Japan. For European countries I will place E14 ones. The chandelier has a height of 85,5 cm and is 53 cm wide. The central bowl measures 38,3 cm in diameter. I willship the chandelier in two or three parcels.
