Movement: Omega Cal. 625 Power Reserve: 42 hrs Type: Manual Wind The Omega 625 watch movement was produced from 1973 to 1979, with a total of 2,410,000 units manufactured. It shares numerous components with the automatic family 670. The movement features manual wind functionality and is equipped with Incabloc Shock Protection. The ‘Emerald’ Line, 1971 This line was inspired by the exclusive designs created for OMEGA by ANDREW GRIMA, jeweller to Queen Elisabeth. GRIMA is considered one of the foremost jewellers of his generation. The Emerald line is characterised by the generous height of its Emerald watch cut crystals, which were either precious or semi-precious stones (sapphire, amethyst, or citrine) or quartz or mineral glass. G The pieces were first reserved for the high-end ‘Constellation’ models, but as the line was progressively extended, ANDREW GRIMA's creations were later mostly seen in the De Ville range, and also, but to a much lesser extent, in the Geneve collection. The line was manufactured until 1973.
