Artec a touch of Future 12 band Receiver.
The unit is in fair condition as seen on picture.
I can’t really tell if I consider this unit working or not I have perform a test and all lights are working and switches are responding sometimes I get frequencies and I can hear radio and other times I can’t or I can hardly find a station. Probably some switches and potentiometers needs cleaning or some caps needs to be replaced. One of the antenna is loose.
