Naturlig stein (tuff) - God believed to bring bountiful rice harvests - Hagestein i form av gudinnen for åkeren (Ta-no-kami 田の神) laget av naturstein - Shōwa-periode (1926 – 1989)

This is a garden stone in the shape of the god of the fields (Ta-no-kami), made from natural stone (tuffaceous tuff) from Kyushu. In his right hand he holds a rice scoop and in his left hand he holds a rice bowl. Enjoy the natural appearance with moss growing on it, crafted by Japanese artisans. Weighing under 8kg, it's relatively easy to carry and suitable for various locations. You can display it not only indoors but also in your entranceway, balcony, or garden. The god of the fields (Ta-no-kami) is a deity believed by Japanese farmers to watch over the rice crop or bring about a bountiful harvest. He is also called the god of cultivation, the god of agriculture, or the god of farmers. By the way, tuffaceous tuff is a type of rock formed by volcanic ejecta such as volcanic ash and volcanic sand. Tuffaceous tuff is fire-resistant, easy to process, and lightweight, making it widely used as a building material. It's not easy to find a garden stone of this size, so please consider this opportunity. Height 30.0 cm Width 20.3 cm Depth 13.9 cm Weight: 7840 g Condition: The condition is good. Due to aging, there may be some changes in the color of the stone, as well as minor scratches or dirt. Additionally, there may be some rubbing during transportation or packaging. We have included plenty of photos, so please take a look. Atention: The items listed for sale are all used collectibles. Please consider them to have signs of aging, such as stains, scratches, scuffs, tears, discoloration, fading, fraying, and changes in thread color. We will post as many photos as possible to make it easy to understand. As these are old items, we appreciate your understanding before making a purchase. Shipping: The lot will be carefully packaged and shipped from Japan. We will use either DHL or FedEx for a safe and secure transportation. It usually takes about 2-3 weeks for delivery, and the package will be shipped with a tracking number. Import duties, taxes, VAT, and any other charges are not included in the item price and shipping cost. Please check your country's import duties before bidding. 113021441202
