A silver Multan Wedding Necklace with three large enameled blue pendants. Pakistan - Early 20th century The necklace has 3 large silver pendants with deep blue enamel work with intricate floral motifs, called Multan pendants from the Punjabi region in Pakistan. All pendants have a silver mark on the back (see photos 25-27). There is light damage to the enamel in some places (see last four photos). The silver enameled plates are strung on cotton rope and decorated with dangling tassels and charms, the center pendant also has small enamel pendants and glass beads decoration.
