Frantz Hingelberg, 1918 - Danish Jugend - Serveringsskje - Sølv
Impressive Danish silver serving spoon made in 1918, crafted during the Art Nouveau period.
The spoon is made in solid silver and marked with the Danish three towers silver hallmark together with the year mark 18, corresponding to 1918.
It is also stamped "F. Hingelberg", referring to Frantz Hingelberg, who opened his workshop and boutique in Aarhus in 1897 and remained active until he died in 1919.
Additionally marked "CFH", the assay master’s mark of Christian F. Heise, Danish assay master from 1904 to 1932.
The design features a beautiful hammered surface with a strong pillar motif at the top, executed in an Art Nouveau / Jugend style.
A large, gorgeous serving spoon with a fantastic look.
