This artwork belongs to a series focused on primates. It is executed in high-quality acrylic paints on linen canvas, varnished and signed, unstretched, with a certificate of authenticity included, save send in a tube.


Dr Olga Winiarczyk is an intermedia artist and researcher with several years of experience running her own authorial Body Art studio at an art university. In 2024, she defended her doctoral thesis proving the existence of nomadism in contemporary art, earning the title of Doctor of Arts. She graduated with distinction under the renowned painter of Polish-Belarusian origin, Prof. Leon Tarasewicz, at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
Her artistic portfolio includes presentations of painting, video, and performance in over 40 group and solo exhibitions at prestigious galleries and institutions in Poland and abroad (including the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, the Centre of Polish Sculpture in Orońsko, Labirynt Gallery in Lublin, Kyiv Art Week, and exhibitions in Budapest, Venice, New York, and the Canary Islands). She has completed artist residencies and maintains ongoing collaborations with theaters and activist communities. She is the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions, including the Honorary Distinction at the 5th Piotrków Art Biennale (2019), 1st prize in the Mazda Design competition (2017), “International Intermedia Art Works ICIA”, a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for artistic achievements (2015), and awards at prestigious film and performance festivals (including the Konteksty Festival in Sokołowsko, MiradasDoc Festival, OFF Cinema, OKFA Konin, and the Opolskie Lamy Film Festival).
She currently works in interspecies art, creating music with plants and fungi as part of the Soma collective, as well as painting on canvas, street/ land art, and murals.
