The postal service: Series Euro of the coins to legal course of Malta. 8 coins BU in original folder, perfect state. It contains 2 stamps and First Day timbre. Maltese euro coins have a unique design for each denomination, with a common theme for each of the three series of coins. The minor coins feature Mnajdra temple altar, the middle coins the coat of arms of Malta and the two major coins the Maltese cross.
-Euro launch official Uncirculated coin set BU Cyprus 2008.
The €1 and €2 coins depict a cruciform idol from the chalcolithic period (3000BC). This characteristic example of the island’s prehistoric art reflects Cyprus’s place at the heart of civilisation and antiquity.
Featured on the 10, 20, and 50 cent coins is the Kyrenia ship, a trading vessel which dates back to the fourth century BC and a symbol o Cyprus’s seafaring history and its importance as a centre of trade.
