The Yashica Electro 35 GX, introduced in 1975, is the compact, refined member of the famous Electro 35 rangefinder family. It pairs a fast Color-Yashinon-DX 40mm f/1.7 lens with aperture-priority automatic exposure and a stepless electronic shutter, in a notably smaller body than the originals. Excellent for low-light shooting; a battery is required.
