A rare and highly collectible bottling from the renowned Caroni Employees Series, dedicated to the men and women who helped shape the history of the legendary Caroni Distillery in Trinidad.
This 4th Release pays tribute to Basdeo “Dicky” Ramsarran, a long-serving Caroni employee who worked at the distillery for approximately twenty years and is featured on the label of one of Velier’s most iconic Caroni collections.
The rum was distilled in 2000 at Caroni Distillery and bottled in 2020 after full tropical maturation in Trinidad. The selection was made by Luca Gargano together with a group of dedicated Caroni enthusiasts during a historic cask tasting session at the distillery.
