Val Saint Lambert - Wazon - Szkło

This is the Val Saint Lambert "Vatel" vase, designed by Rene Delvenne in 1957. The piece exemplifies mid-century Belgian crystal craftsmanship, characterised by its fluid, twisted form and striking colour gradient.

Constructed from heavy crystal, the vase features a clear base that transitions into a deep pink hue towards the rim. The design incorporates deep, spiralling grooves that catch and refract light, enhancing the visual depth of the material. The original Val Saint Lambert foil label is present on the upper body, and the base bears an engraved signature.

The vase remains in good condition, retaining its structural integrity and original finish. The crystal maintains its clarity and the colour gradient is vivid and consistent throughout the piece.
